Position Summary El Nunu Medical PC is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Medical Doctor (MD) to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care, values teamwork, and is committed to improving the health and well-being of the East New York community. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages. Conduct physical exams, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic conditions. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab results. Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate. Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices. Collaborate closely with medical staff and specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR). Qualifications Active New York State license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), DO, or MD (required). Board certification (or board eligible) in Family Medicine or related field. Current DEA license (or eligibility). Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills. Commitment to compassionate, culturally sensitive, patient-focused care. Prior experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
