Start Date: Monday April 27, 2026 We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Insurance Agents. This is a fully remote position, offering paid training and covering all costs for your Personal Lines Insurance License. Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (training can last between 4-6months) Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday 11:30am-8:00pm What You’ll Do: Insurance Sales Responsibilities: Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system Participate in sales programs and respond promptly to referrals Regulatory & Compliance Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures Ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to reduce risks and ensure accuracy Stay current on insurance regulations and best practices Additional Responsibilities Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners Occasionally travel for training (approx. 5%) Deliver AAA Five Diamond Service in every interaction Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant services Qualifications What You Need: Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space Reliable high-speed internet connection Education High School Diploma or GED required Associate's Degree preferred Experience 2 years sales or customer service experience required Insurance sales experience preferred Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred Licenses and Certifications Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days (training and exam fees covered by AAA Northeast) Life License within 1 Year Preferred Benefits & Compensation Competitive base hourly rate unlimited commission Paid Time Off: 3 weeks' vacation, 12 holidays, 8 sick days annually Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision (AAA covers up to 88%) Retirement: 401(k) with 6% company match Free AAA membership, insurance discounts, tuition reimbursement, and more Apply today and start your insurance career with AAA Northeast!
