Competitive Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000/year (W2 Employee)
Uncapped Commission: Earn substantial commission on every deal

employment The Opportunity As the dedicated Commercial Sales
Specialist, you will be the face of DiStefano Brothers Concrete
Coatings in the commercial sector. This role is a startup within a
company environment, blending the security of an established
business with the autonomy of building something new. Pipeline
Generation: Spearhead the commercial growth by aggressively
prospecting and cold calling to build a robust pipeline from zero.
Solution Selling: Conduct site visits, understand facility/project
needs, and present engineered polyurea/polyaspartic solutions to
solve client challenges. Relationship Management: Target and
establish strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers,
including Facilities Managers, Property Managers, and Commercial
General Contractors (GCs). Close Business: Execute a consultative
sales process to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and

Technical polymer system reports Qualifications Requirements 5
years of progressive experience in B2B commercial sales and or
property management, commercial coatings experience a plus
Demonstrated history of prospecting and building pipelines from
scratch Expertise in consultative/solution selling (not retail or
transactional sales) Comfortable making 50 cold calls per day to
establish initial contact A strong closer with the ability to
overcome complex objections Self-motivated and disciplined -
capable of working independently Valid driver's license, clean
driving record, and ability to lift 50 lbs (samples) Ideal
