Position Title: Physical TherapistSalary: $78,000 - $95,000 per yearState/Province: New YorkCity: WarwickCountry: United States$7,500 SIGN ON BONUS for a limited time!ACCESS PT is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team with the St. Anthony Community Hospital located in Warwick, NY. This is a hospital-based, outpatient clinic. You will be seeinga wide variety of patients with orthopedic, muscular-skeletal and neuro conditions.It is an actively involved and engaged patient population. For this location, themodel is 1-hour evaluations, seeing 1-2 patients an hour depending on patients'needs. You will be working with several other therapistsin a multi-disciplinary setting that includes speech and occupational therapy. Hours:Monday & Wednesday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pmTuesday & Thursday 7:00 am - 5:00 pmFriday 8:00 am - 5:00 pmWe welcome experienced therapists as well as new grads. This is also an excellent opportunity for a new grad as you will be working alongside several experienced therapists aswell as receiving daily mentoring.Since 2015, ACCESS PT has partnered with The Bon Secours Charity Health System, a member of The Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMC Health) to provide excellent Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy services to their patients.   • Physical Therapist, current or pending, license in the State of New York
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited physical therapy program
