us! Job Description: This job is responsible for conducting
quantitative analytics and modeling projects for specific business
units or risk types. Key responsibilities include developing new
models, analytic processes, or systems approaches, creating
technical documentation for related activities, and working with
Technology staff in the design of systems to run models developed.
Job expectations include having a broad knowledge of financial
markets and products. This is a front-office, GenAI-focused role,
working directly with traders and business stakeholders to design
and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance revenue growth and
operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Expertise: Hands-on
programming experience in Python. Strong capabilities in:
Generative AI (GenAI) development Retrieval-Augmented Generation
(RAG) MCP server integration Advanced prompt engineering
Collaborate effectively as a strong team player, working closely
with mortgage quants, trading specialists, and other support
partners across the organization. Execute GenAI Reimagine projects
in the Mortgages and Muni LOBs where origination/lending and
trading businesses co-exist, leveraging GenAI. Minimum Education
Requirement: Master’s degree in related field or equivalent work

Pay range $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be
determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
