Come join the Intuit Enterprise Builders team as a Manager 3, Software Engineering. As Intuit expands its footprint in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment, you will be part of the group enabling the product to expand into various industries by leveraging AI and relevant technology frameworks.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Create a shared vision and maintain strong relationships with partners across the business, including Program Management, Product Management, and Design.
  
• Technical Expertise: Experience in building tools with both frontend and backend capabilities.
  
  Compensation & Benefits
  Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position in New York, NY is $235,500 - $318,500. This role is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our plans and programs. More about our compensation and benefits can be found at .

  Minimum Qualifications
  
  
• Over 10 years of experience as a technical leader in software engineering, successfully delivering customer-driven products.
  
• At least 4 years of experience managing teams of team leads.
  
• Proven ability to lead positive change, empower teams, cultivate product visions, and foster engineering excellence. Ability to articulate product vision and drive future roadmaps with strong business acumen.
  
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
  
• 12-14 years of hands-on software development experience, with specific expertise in relevant technologies.
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SaaS, and related technologies.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  
• Experience in building tools with both frontend and backend capabilities.
  
• Experience in building real-time platforms and supporting multi-tenant environments.
  
• Experience with AI and GenAI is an advantage.
  
• Experience in Fintech, financial risk & fraud, payments, or related fields is an advantage.
  
• Proven track record of execution, engineering excellence, and customer obsession.
  
  Additional Qualities
  Proven ability to work effectively across organizations.
