• Specialty Backup Available: Internal Medicine Physicians, Mid-Levels

• Hospital Privileges Required: No
• Credentialing Timeline: Can approve quickly

• EKG interpretation
• Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
• Adult outpatient care
• Employment physicals
• Disability exams

• Board: Board Certified preferred, will accept Board Eligible
• Licenses: Active NJ License
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred
• Other Qualifications: Local provider required; must provide self-query NPDB within 30 days

• Provide primary care to adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• Perform EKG interpretations and manage acute volume/blood pressure issues.
• Conduct employment physicals and disability exams.
• Collaborate with other physicians and mid-level providers.
• Document patient encounters in Athena EMR.
