Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance
Analyst / Corporate Compliance Assistant to support regulatory
compliance efforts within a healthcare-focused organization. This
role involves assisting with the development and maintenance of
compliance tracking systems, ensuring adherence to federal and
state regulations, and providing administrative and operational
support to the compliance team. The ideal candidate will be highly
organized, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally
with various departments. Key Responsibilities Research and
interpret Medicaid and Medicare regulations and contracts to
identify applicable compliance requirements Document and track
regulatory obligations across business units, supporting the
development of tools and calendars to monitor deadlines Provide
administrative support, including scheduling, documentation,
follow-ups, and coordination of communications Assist with data
collection from internal teams and external stakeholders Prepare,
organize, and maintain audit documentation, compliance records, and
reports Support the development of presentations and materials for
compliance meetings Maintain and update compliance tracking
systems, dashboards, and tools to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor investigation timelines, track key activities, and send
reminders to ensure timely completion Coordinate internal and
external communications, including handling mailings and
correspondence Assist with compliance work plan activities such as
audits, outreach efforts, and related projects Maintain accurate
and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities Perform
additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required);
master’s degree preferred Paralegal certification and Certified in
Healthcare Compliance (CHC) - mandatory required Experience in
compliance, regulatory, or audit-related roles preferred Knowledge
of healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid Strong
research and analytical skills, with experience using legal
research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw considered a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and
SharePoint Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational
abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration
skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
with discretion Important Details: 8-week contract position Shift
is 7 hrs/day Mon–Fri, 35 hrs/week Location is New York City, NY
