Job Description Overview: A thriving, community-based outpatient practice in Lake Hopatcong, NJ is seeking a Board-Certified or TRULY Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their growing team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a flexible schedule, manageable patient volume, and a mix of clinical care and leadership within a collaborative, well-supported setting. Position Highlights: Outpatient-only primary care setting See 20–25 patients per day Schedule: 36 clinical hours 4 admin hours weekly (including rotating Saturday shifts and light call) Treat patients of all ages across the continuum of care Key responsibilities: Preventive care, acute illness/injury management, and chronic disease treatment Prescribe medications, vaccinations, order tests, and specialist referrals Supervise support staff and provide team-based care direction Ensure complete and accurate documentation per E/M and HCC coding standards EMR system: Athena Full credentialing and privileging process required Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $220,000–$240,000 (based on experience and training) Performance Bonus: Earn up to 35% of net collections after base draw Value-Based Care Incentives Loan repayment options available Comprehensive benefits package: Health, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage FSA/HSA options Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance Retirement programs CME allowance PTO, sick time, and paid holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Family or Internal Medicine – REQUIRED Active NJ license (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED DEA , CDS/CSR , and BLS certifications (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED Clean malpractice history – REQUIRED Why Join This Practice?
