Jackson Health Professionals is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technologist for travel assignments. This role is crucial in supporting surgeons during complex cardiothoracic surgeries, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt to dynamic surgical teams across various locations. Assist in complex cardiovascular surgeries. Prepare, organize, and manage surgical instruments and equipment. Ensure all equipment functions properly before procedures. Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff. Provide patient care before, during, and after surgery. Proficiency in handling surgical instruments. Strong knowledge of sterile and aseptic techniques. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory.
