Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to deliver radiation treatments to patients as part of their cancer care. The ideal candidate will work closely with oncologists and other medical professionals to ensure accurate and effective treatment delivery, while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities: Administer prescribed radiation treatments to patients. Set up and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate delivery of radiation. Monitor patient responses during treatments and document progress. Educate patients on the treatment process and provide emotional support. Maintain and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field. Current ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification. State licensure as required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Compassionate and professional demeanor.
