Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dedicated team in providing holistic healthcare services to our senior patients. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of patient care under the supervision of health professionals, while adhering to confidentiality laws and high standards of care. Assist healthcare professionals in the administration of medications and checking of vital signs. Perform administrative and clinical duties under the direction of a physician. Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations. Update and maintain all digital client records and participate in compliance audits. Communicate effectively with patients and their family members, ensuring sensitive handling sensitive information. Participate actively in health promotion initiatives and patient education. Proficiency in clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and administering injections. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor. Adept in using healthcare software and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential mandatory. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
