Information: Days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Setting:
Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic Reason for coverage: LOA
Call schedule: weekends: 2-3 per year/nights 1:10 Adults/Geriatric
80% Hem 20% Onc *no internal Med 10 physicians in practice, 8 APPs
10 PPD for hospital, 15 for outpatient Level I Trauma EMR: Epic
Requirements Board Certified - REQUIRED CT license in hand at the
time of submission - NO exceptions - REQUIRED Clean
