Program Supervisor LOCATION: East Brunswick and Central New Jersey Position Description: Coordinate IDT meetings Directly supervise and train DSPs Developing and monitoring staff schedule, including finding staff coverage prior to any shift opening Conduct monthly fire evacuation drills and record in fire safety log Maintaining and meeting all DDD licensure requirements for assigned programs Providing training, support, transportation, and assistance for each individual to enable individual to complete daily routines in a safe, healthy, productive, manner Monitoring well-being of individuals served Scheduling individual's doctor appointments Ensure program vehicles are safe and up to date with maintenance Adhering to policies and procedures of APluscare Assuming responsibility for implementation of all program documentation All other duties assigned by APluscare Position Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
