We strive to offer compassionate, culturally sensitive, and individualized care to youth ages 421 throughout New Jersey. Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and experienced Licensed Clinicians (LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide in-home and community-based support during evening and weekend hours to children and youth with behavioral and emotional challenges. Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic services and behavioral interventions in the home or community Implement individualized service plans and track progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards Collaborate with families, care teams, and support professionals Participate in case reviews and supervision (as applicable) Requirements: Active New Jersey license: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC (required) Experience working with youth and families (preferably ages 421) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned counties Availability for evening and weekend assignments Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Familiarity with the Childrens System of Care (CSOC) or PerformCare NJ Compensation: Competitive per diem hourly rate Flexible schedule based on your availability Mileage reimbursement available How to Apply: Interested candidates should send a resume and brief cover letter to griv@allfamilyconnections.com with subject line Clinician Application [Your County] .
