(10hour/week minimum)* Details about this opportunity: Location:
Farmingdale and/or Islandia Status: Fee for Service or Full-Time
split with both sites Hours: During and/or afterschool hours,
flexible scheduling Compensation: Early Intervention: $64-$75/hour
Preschool: $70/hour OR Full-Time, Salary $62,000-$65,000 Please
note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided,
professional experience and license/certifications held. In
addition the position posted may be either full-time or
fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will
be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is

Responsibilities: Design and implement creative individual and/or
group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload
Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations Ongoing
communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically
related to case management Maintain professionalism with families,
school teams, and other professionals Maintain accurate and timely
attendance and billing logs Create and maintain schedules with
assigned individual families/school personnel Collects data on each
IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly Provide input and
attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual
reviews About You: If you have these attributes: Passionate to work
with children and their families Strong written and verbal
communication skills Strong ability to collaborate with various
professionals Self-starter and independent problem solve Excellent
time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

And this background: Graduate from an accredited university with a
degree in Occupational Therapy Current New York State Occupational
