Job Description Job Description We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses at The Paramount at Somers located at 189 Route 100, Somers, NY 10589 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities: - Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
