growing outpatient primary care team. This is an excellent

exceptional quality of life. Compensation & Benefits - Salary:
$190,000 – $230,000 (based on experience) - Health, Dental & Vision
Insurance - 403(b) Retirement Plan - Student Loan Repayment:
Eligible for up to $75,000 - 4 Weeks Vacation (accrued quarterly in
year one; increases year two) - 96 Hours Personal/Sick Time - 8
Paid Holidays - Malpractice Coverage Provided - CME: 40 hours
stipend - Relocation Assistance Available Schedule & Practice
Details - Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Flexible scheduling
options available - Outpatient-only primary care, patients across
the lifespan - On-call rotation: One weekend every 8 weeks (with
stipend) - Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and
patient education - Work with a collaborative, multidisciplinary
care team dedicated to quality patient outcomes Requirements -
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Active and
clear Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain) -
Experience in outpatient or primary care preferred - New graduates
