Job Description:

healthcare in Brooklyn, is seeking a dedicated RN Team Manager to
oversee and guide our nursing teams. The RN Team Manager will play
a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of patient care
that MJHS is known for. The ideal candidate will bring leadership,
innovation, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care,
ensuring that our services across various health fields continue to
meet the diverse needs of our patients with both expertise and
compassion. Manage and lead a team of registered nurses and
healthcare professionals. Ensure high standards of patient care and
adherence to healthcare regulations and policies. Develop and
implement training programs for nursing staff to enhance skills and
knowledge. Collaborate with other healthcare managers to plan,
evaluate, and optimize healthcare services. Participate in the
recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of nursing staff. Provide
clinical guidance and support to nursing staff as needed. Regularly
assess team performance, provide feedback, and facilitate
professional development. Ensure compliance with all healthcare
laws, regulations, and MJHS policies. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in nursing practices and clinical care Ability to
manage multiple tasks and priorities Knowledge of healthcare
regulations and accreditation standards Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of New York Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred
