Seeking a Digital Channel Consultant to support the development and maintenance of digital card applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives, supporting various card products and offers. Strong organizational, project management, and quality assurance skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute digital marketing applications with precision across all stages


Collaborate with teams across departments


Optimize and improve digital processes and performance routines


Deliver projects and reports on time


Recommend and implement process improvements


Partner with program managers to support strategic initiatives



Required Qualifications:

Strong project management and organizational skills


Proven ability to handle complex tasks with accuracy and speed


Effective communicator, both written and verbal


Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive


Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment


Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills


Bachelor's degree required


Ability to develop and present professional materials



Preferred Skills:

Experience with Adobe tools: Target, Analytics, AEM, Audience Manager, Photoshop


Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)


Workflow management tools like JIRA


Understanding of Chrome DevTools for troubleshooting


Background in digital, eCommerce, or interactive media


QA testing and CMS experience


Bilingual (Spanish) a plus


Experience in financial or banking industries is a bonus
