About The Role:As a CBRE VAS Business Development Director, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing local and regional business marketing and development strategies. This role is part of the Sales function, dedicated to the Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) line of business. You will design sales solutions to be presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients. This position reports to both the business line leader and the CBRE Global Head of Sales for VAS.What You'll Do:

• Establish and maintain relationships with key collaborators, including business leaders, the CBRE Operational platform, and potential customers.
• Partner with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic direction for creating proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with Business Operations teams to measure operational and financial goals for client accounts.
• Drive the execution and use of CRM systems to support client intelligence, bid, and pursuit tracking activities.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of multiple subject areas, the business, and key performance drivers affecting departmental and cross-functional performance.
• Model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values, persuading managers and colleagues to take action based on organizational plans, and communicating effectively with external partners, vendors, and customers to achieve common goals.
• Identify and resolve complex operational and organizational problems using appropriate resources within or outside the department.
