  • Own farms producing natural latex and caring for nearly 200,000 sheepTHE ROLEWe are seeking a Retail Brand Experience Assistant Store Manager for our Brooklyn, NY location.This is a non-exempt, hourly role with overtime pay, offering competitive pay plus a monthly bonus.
    • Location: On-site in Brooklyn, NY (not remote)
    • Pay Transparency: $23.00 - $26.75 per hour plus potential monthly bonusWHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ONRetail:
      • Manage the atmosphere of our Experience Center
      • Represent the store at community events and meetings
      • Manage inventory across channels
      • Promote brand values and community engagement
      • Maintain retail and office space condition
      • Ensure store operations are smooth, handling repairs or maintenance as needed
      • Minimize product shrinkage
      • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand all dayDigital:
        • Engage in digital sales via chat, phone, and virtual appointments
        • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and issuesOverall:
          • Manage store in the absence of the store manager
          • Lead by example, providing coaching and feedback
          • Train team members on products and processes
          • Achieve sales KPIs and OKRs
          • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
          • Maintain SOPs and suggest operational improvements
          • Assist with employee scheduling, hours, and vacations
          • Participate in company initiatives and projects
          • Deliver exceptional customer serviceWHAT YOU BRING
            • At least 1 year retail or equivalent experience, including management or keyholder roles
            • Proficiency in Mac and Google Suite is a plus
            • Comfort with phone and video appointments
