Global Engineering Services (GES) North America (NA) Operations
Engineering (Ops Eng) is searching for an innovative and
solutions-oriented engineering project leader to lead the
initiative of developing and delivering next generation,
world-class sortation and transportation systems. This position
will have an impact on Concept Design and Firm Engineering
processes through its work in the Technical Vendor Management (TVM)

engineer to our team. In this role, you will collaborate with
internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective
solutions for our sortation and distribution systems. Your projects
may include green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits, including
highly automated fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and
transportation centers. You will work with a team of highly skilled
and highly engaged engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous
environment. Our team works on hundreds of projects each year. You
will be challenged; you will learn; you will work on high impact,
high visibility projects; you will grow. This role requires up to
25% travel and availability to work from a corporate office when
not traveling. Candidates should either live near or be willing to
relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.

Coordinate design and innovation efforts to develop optimal
solutions for the sortation and transportation network through
equipment specification, material flow, process design, site
layout, and intellectual property considerations. - Collaboration
with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality,
cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time. -
Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively
influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and
external business partners, contractors and vendors. - Effective
communication skills, ability to execute the vision, detailed
roadmap, and specific technical solutions to make a compelling
business case with senior executives. - Ability to travel 25%
globally to interact with internal and external business and

the team The Technical Vendor Management Team will serve as a
strategic voice from GES to the vendor, managing MHE vendor
performance and resolving systemic issues. - 5 years of
Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process,
industrial engineering, or related experience - Bachelor's degree
or above in Operations, Business, Project Management or Engineering
- Experience with complex automated material handling equipment,
packaging technologies, and systems and high-speed manufacturing -
Experience with process design based on Lean Principles -
Experience with project management - Experience with concepts such
as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system
analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision
making - Experience using business or technical software like MS
Excel, MS Project, and CAD software - Master's degree in
Engineering (any domain) or foreign equivalent, Operations,
Business Administration, or a related field - Knowledge of concepts
like system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system
analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision
making - 3 years of technical engineering experience - Experience

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
