Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in New Haven,
CT, offering a contract position through June 9, 2026. This role
involves providing direct therapy services split between two
elementary schools, supporting a diverse range of students within
inclusion settings. Office hours are Monday through Friday, from
8:45 AM to 3:45 PM, totaling 35 hours per week onsite. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary
students with varied disability categories in inclusive classroom
environments. Collaborate with educators and support staff to
implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate
and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as required.
Qualifications and Experience: Active Speech-Language Pathology
license in Connecticut. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
preferred; candidates holding Clinical Fellow (CF) status will also
be considered. No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
accepted. Prior school-based experience essential. Valid district
fingerprints and background checks required. Reliable onsite
availability to work full-time hours during the school day.
Additional Details: Two openings available. Assignment is
full-time, onsite, and split between two elementary school
locations (sites to be determined). Zoom interview process.
