Job Description Job Description Controller - Wealth Management Controller Position Overview The Controller will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial management practices. This role is essential in maintaining the financial health of the company and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and other legal standards. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial controls. Oversee cash management, accounting, and financial reporting functions. Collaborate with wealth management teams to support client financial needs. Assist in the development of financial strategies for family office clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management and accounting roles. Experience in wealth management is required. Familiarity with RIA and family office structures is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
